Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients

Salmon fillet (with skin on) 200g

Marinade

Sake 15g
Mirin 15g
Honey 10g
Toasted sesame seeds or sliced spring onions to garnish

Method

1 Place the salmon fillet skin side down in a frying pan on a medium heat.
2 Brush the sauce mix over the salmon and continue to glaze with more sauce until the salmon is cooked through and the sauce has become thick ands sticky. Turn occasionally to cook the salmon through thoroughly.
3 The more gradual the cooking period the better the glaze will be so you can build up the layers of sticky sauce around the salmon fillet.
4 Garnish with toasted sesame seeds or spring onions and serve.
