Slow Cooked Gammon Ham with Plum Glaze

Ingredients

Gammon ham 1kg
Celery 30g
Onion 30g
Carrot 50g
Mustard powder 30g
Clove 10g

Method

1 Put in enough water to cover the ham and simmer with celery, onion and carrot for 2 hours.
2 Take out and set aside for cooling.
3 Brush Lee Kum Kee (Professional) Plum Sauce , mustard power and clove onto the Ham and bake at 90°C for 3-5 hours.
